The 2015 Adopt at Downtown Light Pole decoration contest is in full swing. It's a new event this year, organized by the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce.
Judging is based on people's choice, and there's still time to vote. Just log on to the Chamber's Facebook page and look through the light poll photo album, “Liking” a photo is worth one point for that entry, a comment is worth two points. Voting ends Wednesday, Dec. 16 at midnight. The winner will be announced this coming Thursday morning during Chamber Coffee at Daylight Donuts.
Also, on Thursday morning the winners of the Outdoor Christmas Decoration contest will be announced.
